LM Funding America出价260万美元购买Symbiont的资产:金色财经报道，以加密挖矿和技术为基础的专业金融公司LM Funding America, Inc.宣布其出价260万美元收购Symbiont的资产。Symbiont目前处于第11章破产程序中，没有人反对，预计将获得破产法院的批准，预计拍卖可能包括其他投标，预计将于2023年5月26日举行。LM Funding于2021年12月向Symbiont提供了200万美元的担保贷款，目前是Symbiont的唯一担保债权人。
